- Administer prescribed psychiatric medications accurately, monitoring physiological profiles and tracking therapeutic patient responses.
- Maintain clear, organized, and structurally updated digital medical history logs and strict compliance-based electronic health documentation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with consulting psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, and cross-functional medical teams.
- Support systemic patient recovery metrics through evidence-based behavioral care models and specialized therapeutic communication paths.
- Enforce uncompromised adherence to institutional infection control codes, patient safety metrics, and local health authority regulations.

🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited academic medical institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of verified professional experience operating as a registered nurse within psychiatry, acute mental health facilities, or inpatient behavioral health units.
- Full eligibility to obtain or transfer an active clinical practice license from the Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying electronic health records (EHR), medication grids, and patient logs inside Microsoft Excel and cloud healthcare platforms.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following nursing sectors:

- DOH health authority guidelines, clinical documentation formats, and patient confidentiality policies.
