Job Description:
We are executing a strategic operational expansion within our central accommodations division and are seeking dynamic, guest-focused professionals to fulfill multiple available openings including Duty Managers, Front Office Supervisors, Guest Relations Officers (GRO), Guest Service Agents (GSAs), Bellmen / Drivers, and Heavy Bus Drivers in Dubai. Built specifically for energetic hospitality specialists who thrive in interactive guest-facing channels and excel at managing shift-based logbooks, these full-time roles focus on accelerating guest check-in processing speeds, auditing service tracking databases, and maximizing overall guest review satisfaction points under our unified division management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front office reception workflows, guest services pipelines, and lobby operational traffic smoothly across designated shifts.
- Handle high-volume arrivals, complete digital guest check-ins, process departures, and settle folio accounts accurately.
- Provide professional, high-touch customer support, address individual visitor grievances, and implement immediate service recovery actions.
- Coordinate transportation operations, supervise luggage distribution networks, and operate transport vehicles safely (for driver-related tracks).
- Maintain corporate service execution guidelines, room inventory tallies, and standard operational protocols across all reception counters.
- Collaborate closely with internal housekeeping crews and executive culinary teams to organize personalized VIP arrivals and event setups.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready shift registers, transactional receipt copies, and cash float balancing files.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or matching vocational certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Support, or a closely related professional trade discipline is preferred.
- Location and Availability Track: Candidates must already be located locally within the United Arab Emirates; individuals possessing immediate professional availability to join operations will be given high priority.
- Advanced foundational data literacy with practical proficiency deploying property management systems (such as Opera Cloud, Fidelio, or Protel), together with recording task details inside digital scheduling tables.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Customer service standards, luxury concierge metrics, and complex guest relation practices.
- Front desk operation loops, cash handling safety, night audit workflows, and electronic room keys systems.
- Hospitality brand execution rules, corporate communication traits, and cross-cultural interaction practices.
- For specialized transport openings: Valid UAE Driving License (Heavy vehicle classification required explicitly for the Bus Driver vacancy).
- Outstanding team-driven behaviors, strict attention to appearance and written detail, sharp relational problem-solving traits, and the structural flexibility to perform perfectly within rotating day and night shifts.
