Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central operations framework and are seeking a meticulous, compliance-focused Senior Administration Officer to govern facility access pipelines and direct project administrative support pathways in Abu Dhabi. Configured for systematic office management experts who possess a deep operational command of critical zone security protocols and excel at navigating local regulatory compliance channels, this full-time track focuses on accelerating pass issuance velocities, auditing complex project databases, and maximizing administrative efficiency indices under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and govern daily administrative workflows, front office operations, and site facilities coordination activities flawlessly.
  • Supervise and process mandatory CICPA security clearance files, security passes, and government-related compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate multi-layer project administration tracks, organizing project records, resource logs, and contractual dossiers.
  • Support field project managers with administrative reporting, data compilation, and cross-departmental scheduling.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready communication records, official letters, and legal regulatory correspondence matrices.
  • Liaise directly with external ministries, sovereign security departments, asset owners, and high-level corporate stakeholders.
  • Deploy rigorous document-control rules, verifying database entries and ensuring zero administrative gaps across projects.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, or a matching fully accredited business discipline.
  • Mandatory Security & Regional Domain: Extensive, verified background handling Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority (CICPA) regulations, procedures, and pass management workflows is strictly required, paired with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional history operating an administrative desk or running an office support portfolio within the UAE or Gulf marketplace.
  • Advanced digital data literacy with extensive practical capability manipulating enterprise document control systems, updating pass tracking sheets, and building operational metrics summaries inside MS Excel tables.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Project administration practices, structural document control workflows, blueprint archiving, and engineering tracking models.
    • UAE government procedures, municipal clearance channels, ministerial interfaces, and federal compliance rules.
    • CICPA security frameworks, site entry logistics, background check submissions, and regulatory operations protocols.
    • Office management procedures, resource balancing, stakeholder coordination, and high-touch corporate communication formats.
  • Outstanding leadership traits, strict attention to numerical and typographical details, a highly disciplined approach to asset safety protocols, exceptional English communication skills, and immediate professional readiness within the UAE.
