Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core customer experience branch and are seeking a customer-oriented Male Receptionist to govern day-to-day front desk operations and direct premium guest pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome international guests, VIP clients, and members with a warm, professional, highly disciplined, and courteous front desk approach.
  • Handle daily reception desk operations, managing digital switchboards, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist guests proactively with diverse inquiries, tracking requests, and resolving complex operational concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and structurally compliant reception lounge area to preserve premium guest experiences.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal therapists, spa specialists, facility staff, and administration groups to support daily operations.
  • Uphold the corporate group’s rigid luxury hospitality standards, brand compliance guidelines, and professional image parameters without exception.
  • Reconcile daily visitor registry sheets, tracking guest intake logs, payment transaction records, and booking appointment files into registries.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a matching guest relations discipline from an accredited institution, establishing a firm conceptual command of corporate communication rules, guest relations systems, and administrative service logic.
  • Proven high-performance professional history driving front office workflows, acting as an elite concierge, or steering guest reception channels inside a luxury hotel, high-end spa, wellness club, or premium brand within the UAE. Candidates must currently be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and maintain absolute availability for live, face-to-face panel interview tracks.
  • Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking visitor logs, structuring booking schedules, and organizing member detail files inside Microsoft Excel databases.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Front office operations models, guest reception protocols, digital calendar management, and telephone switchboard mechanics.
    • Customer service excellence frameworks, premium hospitality communication standards, and high-end brand representation lines.
    • Luxury hospitality parameters, guest relations systems, dispute mapping, and operational problem resolution loops.
  • Outstanding verbal articulation, reporting, and team collaboration talents, sharp situational problem-solving habits under compressed guest demands, a polished well-groomed physical appearance, and a professional attitude under a unified corporate management framework.
