About the Company:
Signature Stay Holiday Homes Boutique is a premium Dubai-based holiday home management company offering personalized guest experiences and professional property management solutions. We specialize in short-term rentals, guest satisfaction, and end-to-end hospitality operations.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Operations & Guest Relations Officer to oversee daily operations across our managed properties in Dubai. This is a full operations role requiring a structured, detail-oriented individual capable of managing people, systems, and guest interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and readiness checks.
- Manage guest communications, arrivals, and issue resolution with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations and maintain operational reporting.
- Collaborate directly with founders to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of operations or hospitality experience in Dubai.
- Currently residing in the UAE (applicants outside UAE will not be considered).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car required.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in property management tools such as Guesty or Hospitality systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage people and processes.
