Job Description:

GINCO is hiring a motivated Sr. HR & Admin Officer to manage all human resources and administrative activities at its Sharjah branch. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations aligned with UAE labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle HR operations, recruitment, and administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Drive performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide HR guidance and manage a small support team efficiently.
  • Coordinate onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labour law.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations or administrative functions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
