Job Description:
L’ETO GROUP is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support daily floor operations across its dining venues in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this supervisory professional will lead service staff, oversee floor execution, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, handle customer inquiries and feedback, maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, and foster smooth teamwork within a fast-paced multicultural environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate restaurant team members.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with different teams to maintain effective restaurant operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven supervisory experience within high-volume restaurants or cafes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian to engage with international guests and diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant floor operations, customer experience management, and service quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.
