Job Description:
Super Sign LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer responsible for managing purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and ensuring smooth procurement processes to support ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities for various projects and company requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier information.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English.
