Job Description:

Super Sign LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer responsible for managing purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and ensuring smooth procurement processes to support ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities for various projects and company requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier information.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and procurement procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluent in English.
