Job Description:

The Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, perform bank and vendor reconciliations, manage UAE VAT filings, generate financial management reports, and oversee general bookkeeping using Zoho Books and Odoo ERP for Ritual Cafe in Al Ain.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
• Process transactions and generate reports using Zoho Books and Odoo ERP.
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support financial reporting activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of practical accounting experience, ideally in the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector.
• Mandatory hands-on proficiency in Zoho Books and Odoo ERP software.
• Solid working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, invoicing, and month-end financial closing procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reconciliation capabilities.
