RAM ANGLO General Contracting Company is a leading construction and fit-out company in Abu Dhabi, delivering high-quality interior and fit-out projects across the UAE. We are looking for a skilled Estimator to ensure accurate cost estimation and efficient project execution.

Job Description:

The Estimator will prepare precise cost estimates and BOQs for fit-out projects, review tender documents, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams, and support timely project delivery in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accuracy.
• Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to finalize estimates.
• Support tender submissions and participate in value engineering as needed.
• Maintain and update cost databases, including material and labor rates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out estimation; UAE experience preferred.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and local market rates.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
