Job Description:

The Accountant will handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, conduct bank reconciliations, process inventory accounting, prepare UAE VAT documentation, and generate financial reports for Orontes UAE in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate.
• Maintain inventory accounting records and support stock-related financial reporting.
• Prepare and assist with UAE VAT calculations, filings, and compliance.
• Generate financial reports and maintain documentation using ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial processes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience in the UAE.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AP/AR processing, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
• Solid working knowledge of UAE VAT rules, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Currently residing in the UAE with immediate joining availability preferred.
