Job Description:

The Logistics Executive / Coordinator will manage sea and air freight operations, handle import/export shipping documentation, liaise with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents, and coordinate deliveries for Agri Ventures FZC in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sea freight and air freight shipments from booking to delivery.
• Manage import/export logistics activities and shipment coordination.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transport companies.
• Prepare and follow up on shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and related paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Obtain and compare freight quotations and negotiate with logistics service providers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Support customs clearance procedures and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor ETD/ETA schedules and resolve logistics-related issues.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant logistics, export/import, and freight coordination experience in the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of sea and air freight operations, shipping documentation (BL/AWB, Commercial Invoice, COO), and customs clearance procedures.
• Proven experience working directly with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
