HR Executive – Fujairah, UAE

Job Description:

The HR Executive will join the team in Fujairah to support the delivery of an outstanding employee experience. This role is ideal for HR professionals with UAE experience who are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day human resources operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, and supporting workforce development initiatives within the hospitality sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities for new employees.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
• Coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Maintain HR documentation and assist with administrative processes.
• Support HR systems and maintain accurate employee data.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hospitality or F&B industry experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, HRMS, or ERP systems.
