Job Description:

The F&B Coordinator will assist in planning and executing catering operations, manage procurement and inventory, coordinate with suppliers, oversee quality control, and support events to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing catering operations efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement activities, including raising purchase orders.
• Oversee quality control to maintain high standards in food and service delivery.
• Manage inventory to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
• Support the team during events, ensuring timely and effective service.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage or catering.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and handling purchase orders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
