Job Description:

The Sr. HR Operations Executive will oversee recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee documentation while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations. Working within the Human Resources department, the ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency across departments and support the complete employee lifecycle.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees.
• Oversee daily HR operations and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across departments.
• Prepare and manage employee contracts and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR operations experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• In-depth understanding of HR administration and employee documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
