Job Description:
The Architect will develop comprehensive designs, detailed construction drawings, and engaging presentations, ensuring all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and design standards while collaborating effectively with the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed construction drawings from concept to project completion.
- Prepare engaging design presentations, layouts, and construction documents.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations, building codes, and project standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–4 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Excellent creativity, technical aptitude, and visualization skills.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset for teamwork.
