Finance Manager – Ajman, UAE | Arab & India Spices

Job Description:

The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s finance function and support strategic decision-making across its manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role involves managing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cash flow while collaborating with internal operational teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor production costing, raw material costs, and inventory valuation.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or trading.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or similar software.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced MS Excel.
