Job Description:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily dining operations, lead and train front-of-house staff, maintain European service standards, and elevate guest satisfaction within a licensed restaurant concept in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily management of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and hospitality best practices.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver efficient restaurant operations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and developing restaurant teams in a similar dining concept.
  • Strong knowledge of European and French cuisine and service standards.
  • Previous experience working in a licensed restaurant establishment in the UAE is mandatory.
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent guest service, operational, and team management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
