Job Description:

The CCTV Operator will monitor surveillance systems, identify potential security risks, maintain logs, and ensure prompt reporting of incidents to maintain site safety and security.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems continuously.
• Identify and report suspicious activities, security concerns, and incidents.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of security events.
• Operate and monitor DVR/NVR systems and IP camera networks.
• Ensure confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive security information.
• Coordinate with relevant teams during security-related situations.
• Prepare incident reports whenever required.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Operator with minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a school or educational environment is highly preferred.
• Valid CCTV Operator Licence and relevant CCTV certificates (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring, surveillance systems, DVR/NVR, and IP cameras.
• Excellent observation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to identify, document, and report incidents accurately.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (candidates on visit visas will not be considered).
