Job Description:

The HR Officer / HR Executive will support daily HR operations, maintain employee documentation, assist in recruitment, and ensure smooth compliance with UAE labor laws.

• Support daily HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR procedures and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour requirements.
• Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related matters.

🔹 Requirements:

• 1–2 years of UAE HR experience.
• Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Full-time availability.
