Job Description:
The CAD Technician will produce detailed 2D technical drawings, shop drawings, architectural layouts, and sections to support project managers and site execution teams across fit-out projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate 2D and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop architectural, interior fit-out, and construction drawings.
- Produce shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed plans.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Revise drawings based on project updates and site conditions.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical drawing support throughout the project lifecycle.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Technician or Draftsman, preferably in Interior Fit-Out or Construction.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.
- Knowledge of technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
