Job Description:

The HSE Engineer will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting inspections and safety audits, and promoting a safe working environment across project sites.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety requirements across project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety standards.
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Relevant HSE experience, preferably within the Construction or EPC industry.
• Good understanding of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices.
• Strong background in risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
