Job Description:

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple engineering projects, managing project delivery, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations across multiple engineering projects.
• Develop project execution plans and manage resources effectively.
• Coordinate procurement activities and logistics operations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12+ years of operations or project management experience.
• Experience within the engineering, construction, or infrastructure industry.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
