A leading firm in the UAE is seeking a senior leader to strengthen its regional cost management and commercial consulting services for major real estate developments.

Job Description:

The Senior Associate / Director of Cost Management will lead technical cost management services, develop regional strategies, build client relationships, and provide commercial advice for large-scale construction and infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical Cost Management services across assigned regional markets.
• Develop and implement regional cost management strategies.
• Manage key client accounts and oversee project utilization.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional excellence.
• Drive business development, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic cost and commercial advice for programs and portfolios.
• Lead project setup, scope definition, delivery strategy, and commercial governance.
• Oversee cost planning, benchmarking, risk management, contingency planning, and value engineering.
• Plan and manage project resources to achieve delivery excellence.
• Provide senior technical leadership throughout all project design stages.

Requirements:

• UAE experience in Cost Consulting or Cost Management for major real estate and infrastructure projects.
• Qualification in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying (QS), Commercial, or a related discipline.
• MRICS qualification is preferred.
• Strong strategic leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development abilities.
