Company Overview:

Al Mariah United Group is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join its growing team in the UAE, specializing in the transport and logistics sector.

Job Description:

The HR Manager will oversee the complete human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Handle manpower planning, workforce management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll processes, disciplinary matters, and employee records.
• Support the recruitment and retention of drivers, operations personnel, and other transport-sector employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the transport, logistics, fleet, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing a diverse workforce, including drivers and operational staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
