  • Unused credits automatically expire after the validity period.
  • If your account is suspended, terminated, or deactivated, all remaining credits and active job posts are void without refund or transfer.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All payments made for job postings, subscriptions, or credits are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
  • Customers may cancel a requested service within 24 hours of payment; refund eligibility is subject to AE Hiring’s sole discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued for expired, unused, or rejected job posts.
  • Prices and plans may change from time to time, but new rates apply only to future purchases.

5. Job Posting Rules & Compliance

All job postings on AE Hiring must:

  • Comply with UAE labor and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Not contain misleading, false, or inappropriate content.
  • Avoid discriminatory language based on gender, nationality, religion, age, marital status, or disability.
  • Not involve:
    • Fake or deceptive roles
    • Roles requiring upfront fees
    • Commission-only jobs without clear disclosure
    • Unauthorized visa or work/residency offers
    • Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes

AE Hiring reserves the right to review, reject, modify, or remove any job post that violates these rules, without prior notice or compensation.

6. No Guarantee of Applications

AE Hiring does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of job applications
  • The suitability or quality of applicants
  • Any successful hiring outcome

Results may vary depending on job type, industry demand, and market conditions.

7. Access to Candidate Data

Employers may access candidate data for hiring purposes only.
Sharing, selling, storing, or scraping applicant data is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use may result in account termination and potential legal action.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

AE Hiring may suspend or terminate accounts without notice in cases of:

  • Terms violation
  • Misuse of candidate data
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Posting prohibited or misleading content

No refunds will be provided in the event of suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, tools, designs, and logos appearing on AE Hiring are the exclusive property of AE Hiring.
Copying, reselling, reverse-engineering, or reproducing any part of the platform without permission is prohibited.

10. System Availability

While AE Hiring strives for 24/7 availability, downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
AE Hiring is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions.

11. Amendments

  • All services (job postings, subscriptions, upgrades) are digital and delivered once activated on the user’s account.

  • The final checkout price matches the amount charged to your payment method.
  • AE Hiring may update or discontinue service plans at any time, but pricing changes apply only to future purchases.

13. Limitation of Liability

AE Hiring is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the platform.
