Job Description:

The Sales Team Leader will lead, manage, and motivate the off-plan sales team to achieve business targets, guide team members, and build strong relationships with clients and property developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the off-plan sales team to achieve business targets.
• Guide team members throughout the sales process and provide ongoing coaching.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of UAE off-plan real estate experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
