Job Description:

The Purchasing Manager will oversee the complete procurement process, build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure the timely availability of quality products for catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies for catering operations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and regional suppliers to secure the best value.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products while controlling purchasing costs.
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and pricing fluctuations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and vendor documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the UAE catering, hospitality, or F&B industry.
• Strong network of UAE-based food and beverage suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Experience using procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
