Job Description:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading the retail team, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve business goals.
• Drive sales performance and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for luxury and HNI customers.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
• Strong experience in store operations and team management.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent clienteling and HNI customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in Indian designerwear or luxury fashion preferred.
