Job Description:

The Quality Manager will oversee quality management systems, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and maintain high product quality across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Monitor and improve product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with production teams to maintain consistent product quality and resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience in Quality within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in wet condiment manufacturing, especially ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, and dressings.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP.
