Job Description:

The Visa Sales & Operations professional will handle visa-related processes, coordinate with agents, and manage application tracking using Ninthware to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage visa sales and daily operational activities.
• Handle visa applications for different nationalities and ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate with visa-selling agents and travel agencies across the UAE.
• Perform visa application typing, posting, tracking, and follow-ups using Ninthware.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates on visa application progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant UAE/Dubai experience in Visa Sales & Operations.
• Practical knowledge of visa processing and handling applications for different nationalities.
• Complete working knowledge of Ninthware for typing, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Indian nationality only.
