Job Description:

The HR/Payroll Officer will support comprehensive human resources and payroll processing functions, maintaining precise employee records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and coordinating internal HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly payroll processing and ensure timely completion of related statutory payments.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation.
• Support HR administration activities, including leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and employee-related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders whenever required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR/Payroll, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with payroll software is an added advantage.
• Construction industry experience in the UAE is required, and immediate joiners are preferred.
