Job Description:

The RCM Executive will oversee Revenue Cycle Management activities for outpatient services, managing insurance claims, medical billing, and claim resubmissions in the healthcare sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) activities for outpatient healthcare services.
• Process and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursements.
• Handle medical billing, claim resubmissions, and denial management.
• Reconcile claim payments and resolve outstanding issues with insurance providers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and payer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain accurate billing and finance records.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Billing, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of UAE OPD healthcare experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Hands-on experience with insurance claims, billing, claim resubmissions, and denial management.
• Good understanding of UAE insurance processes and payer guidelines.
• Strong follow-up, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
