Job Description:

The HR Specialist will manage end-to-end human resources operations, lead talent acquisition, oversee WPS and MOHRE compliance, handle employee lifecycle documentation, and align workforce activities with corporate management and financial objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and job offer negotiations.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and policy documents in strict compliance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Coordinate employee visa applications, work permits, Emirates ID processing, and medical insurance enrollments with PRO services.
  • Ensure full compliance with MOHRE, WPS payroll, and statutory government regulations in the UAE.
  • Manage onboarding, employee digital records, attendance tracking, and leave administration using HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Support monthly payroll coordination and liaise closely with the internal Finance department.
  • Develop and update internal HR policies, procedures, and the corporate employee handbook.
  • Oversee performance review frameworks, staff training, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD or SHRM certification is preferred.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (Arabic language proficiency is mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally within the UAE financial services or investment sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE portals, WPS, visa processing, and HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations.
  • High level of professional discretion, confidentiality, and organizational leadership skills.
