Job Description:

The Chemist will execute chemical laboratory analysis, monitor product quality assurance parameters, evaluate chemical formulations, and work alongside production management teams to maintain safety and manufacturing standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily chemical testing, raw material analysis, and product quality testing during production cycles.
• Monitor ongoing manufacturing quality standards to ensure strict compliance with product specifications.
• Assist in testing, evaluating, adjusting, and troubleshooting specialized chemical formulations.
• Maintain meticulous, accurate laboratory inspection records, analytical logs, and test documentation.
• Enforce company safety guidelines, laboratory health protocols, and environmental standards.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment, instruments, and diagnostic reagents.
• Coordinate with production engineering teams to optimize yield and minimize chemical batch variations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven practical experience in chemical manufacturing processes or industrial laboratory testing is preferred.
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of chemical analysis, quality control principles, and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical precision, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively and safely in an active chemical manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and operational communication skills.
