Job Description:

The Internal Audit Specialist will execute financial and operational audits, assess corporate risk factors, evaluate internal control frameworks, and partner with executive management to optimize governance and compliance protocols across all business units.

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits to evaluate operational efficiency and internal control integrity.
• Assess financial and operational risks, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective measures.
• Review organizational compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and governance standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining audit findings, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor the execution of corrective action plans and process improvements across departments.
• Collaborate with department leadership to strengthen risk governance and financial controls.
• Maintain organized audit workpapers, testing documentation, and analytical records.
• Support corporate governance initiatives and internal control design frameworks.

🔹 Requirements:

• UAE National status (Emirati Nationals Only) is strictly required for this position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field; CIA, CPA, or ACCA is an advantage.
• In-depth expertise in internal audit standards, risk assessment, and corporate governance practices.
• Strong experience evaluating internal control environments and regulatory compliance processes.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, audit report writing, and documentation capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and professional integrity.
