Job Description:

The Senior HR Manager will drive strategic human resource initiatives, manage multi-country workforce planning, oversee talent acquisition, enforce labor compliance across UAE and KSA operations, and partner with senior management to optimize organizational performance and employee engagement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with regional expansion and corporate growth objectives.
• Oversee manpower planning, executive talent acquisition, and recruitment strategies across GCC operations.
• Lead performance management systems, employee development plans, and leadership training programs.
• Design, evaluate, and manage corporate compensation, benefits, and reward structures.
• Manage employee relations, drive organizational culture initiatives, and resolve complex workplace issues.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, statutory compliance procedures, and operational workflows.
• Provide strategic HR advisory support and executive counsel to senior business leaders.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or SHRM/CIPD qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 to 5 years in an HR managerial leadership role.
• Mandatory experience operating within the GCC market with strong knowledge of UAE and KSA labor laws.
• Solid expertise across talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation frameworks.
• Prior multi-country regional HR management experience is highly advantageous.
• Industry experience in construction, chemical manufacturing, or industrial sectors is preferred.
