Job Description:

The Accountant will oversee routine accounting operations, manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance filings, process WPS payroll, perform cash flow analysis, recommend cost optimization strategies, and collaborate with executive management to deliver actionable financial insights.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day general accounting operations, ledger postings, and financial record accuracy.
• Handle federal tax compliance, preparing and submitting UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax filings.
• Process monthly WPS payroll, manage employee benefit calculations, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Formulate corporate budgets, monitor cash flow movements, and generate monthly financial reports.
• Audit operational expenses, identify cost drivers, and present practical cost-optimization recommendations.
• Maintain professional communication with clients concerning tax inquiries, financial statements, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related academic discipline.
• Proven accounting experience specifically within the UAE market.
• In-depth, practical knowledge of Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax laws.
• Hands-on expertise in payroll administration, WPS, financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and client communication capabilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage accounting schedules independently.
