Job Description:

The Debt Collector will contact delinquent account holders, negotiate structured payment arrangements, monitor collection commitments, maintain account logs, achieve monthly recovery targets, and collaborate with recovery management to optimize portfolio performance in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts, outstanding balances, and delinquent credit schedules.
• Negotiate feasible payment plans, settlement terms, and follow up closely on payment commitments.
• Maintain comprehensive call records, customer correspondence logs, and payment tracking history.
• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets, collection quotas, and key performance metrics.
• Address customer payment inquiries and resolve disputed balances with professionalism and tact.
• Coordinate with legal and operational recovery teams regarding escalated accounts and portfolio status.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate recovery guidelines, regulatory compliance, and ethical collection standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution (Must be attested by UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs – MOFA).
• Prior experience in debt collection, credit recovery, telecalling, or financial services in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, active listening, and persuasive communication capabilities.
• Target-driven, confident, persistent, and professional demeanor under high-pressure scenarios.
• Ability to manage challenging customer interactions while preserving firm-client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of credit collection procedures, skip tracing basics, and account management software.
