Job Description:

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser will implement brand display standards, style mannequin outfits, plan window displays, arrange retail floor layouts, optimize product visibility, and collaborate with retail store management to drive retail sales. Explore additional sales and retail roles across the region.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute visual merchandising strategies, window displays, and mannequin styling according to brand guidelines.
• Implement seasonal campaign setups, floor moves, promotional signage, and product focal-point displays.
• Organize retail floor merchandise to maximize customer engagement, product exposure, and cross-selling.
• Collaborate closely with store managers and sales staff to ensure consistent visual brand execution.
• Audit store presentation continuously and adjust product placements based on sell-through metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or Marketing.
• 1 to 2 years of practical experience as an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, preferably within fashion retail in the UAE.
• Strong creative eye for color balance, spatial layouts, trend forecasting, and fashion product styling.
• Ability to translate corporate visual guidelines into effective in-store merchandising solutions.
• Strong physical stamina, organizational abilities, and passion for retail aesthetics and fashion trends.
