The Senior HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, process visa applications and employee documentation via government portals, ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and Freezone regulations, handle onboarding, and coordinate directly with internal management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee onboarding, and personnel file maintenance within a Freezone framework.
• Process visa applications, employment contracts, cancellations, and renewals using JAFZA, MOHRE, and GDRFA portals.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labor Law regulations, Freezone policies, and statutory HR compliance standards.
• Coordinate employee benefits, leave records, attendance tracking, and final settlement computations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll inputs, and employment documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in core HR operations within a UAE Freezone environment (JAFZA experience preferred).
• Proven working knowledge of JAFZA portal, MOHRE, and GDRFA government systems.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate availability for employment in Dubai.
