Job Description:

The Accountant will oversee day-to-day general accounting duties, process customer billing, perform financial reconciliations, align closely with commercial sales teams, and report financial summaries to executive management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage routine financial operations, general ledger postings, and maintain accurate accounting archives.
• Generate, review, and follow up on customer invoices, accounts receivable statements, and payment receipts.
• Coordinate closely with internal Sales teams to align client invoicing, commercial terms, and collections.
• Perform routine bank reconciliations, vendor ledger audits, and financial reporting tasks using accounting software.
• Maintain organized documentation, transaction files, and support periodic internal tax and audit checks.
• Travel locally across operational sites as needed to support corporate accounting and business activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related academic discipline.
• Proven hands-on accounting experience in the UAE, with prior sales department coordination preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory along with a willingness to travel as required.
• Proficiency in standard accounting software suites and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational capabilities, high numerical accuracy, and keen attention to detail.
