🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation and dispute resolution cases from initial client intake through final resolution.
• Prepare comprehensive legal documents, court pleadings, case summaries, and official legal correspondence.
• Represent client interests, deliver practical legal counsel, and maintain active professional communication.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze precedents, and support the development of effective case strategies.
• Manage a active, multi-case workload while ensuring strict adherence to court deadlines and professional standards.
• Maintain structured case files and ensure regulatory compliance with UAE legal procedures.

🔹 Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or a related legal field.
• Law Degree (LL.B or equivalent) with professional legal qualifications from home country.
• Bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proven capacity to handle active litigation caseloads with confidence and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical reasoning, legal drafting, and client negotiation capabilities.
