Job Description:
The Clinic Operations Manager will lead daily facility workflows, direct multidisciplinary clinical staff, ensure strict DHA regulatory compliance, and optimize patient care standards under healthcare management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility workflows, department scheduling, patient care standards, and administrative operations.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary clinic staff to ensure superior patient care delivery.
- Monitor patient journey experiences, service quality benchmarks, and overall clinical performance indicators.
- Ensure complete compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, facility licensing, and healthcare protocols.
- Develop and implement operational guidelines, inventory controls, and workflow efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate closely with medical practitioners, marketing leads, and executive management to drive business growth.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive operational management experience within the medical aesthetic sector in Dubai.
- In-depth familiarity with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensing procedures, facility standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong leadership abilities, organizational expertise, and immediate availability to join.
