Job Description:

The Interior Designer will create space layouts, produce 3D photorealistic renderings, prepare technical CAD shop drawings, and select joinery materials under project management in Dubai. Explore further architectural and structural design positions on our engineering jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts, color palettes, and space planning layouts for residential villas and commercial spaces.
• Prepare detailed 2D CAD architectural drafting, 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and technical joinery working drawings.
• Create comprehensive material specifications, finish schedules, hardware selections, and design documentation.
• Conduct precise site measurements, site surveys, and adjust production drawings to actual site conditions.
• Coordinate directly with clients, material suppliers, factory production teams, and site installation supervisors.
• Select appropriate timber, veneers, finishes, hardware, and custom furniture aligned with project specifications.
• Oversee factory manufacturing and site execution to ensure design integrity, quality standards, and project deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on interior design and space planning experience within the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite software.
• In-depth knowledge of custom joinery details, wooden doors, windows, architectural millwork, and timber finishes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential villa fit-outs and commercial interior project designs.
• Excellent communication, client presentation, and technical coordination capabilities.
