Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple large-scale corporate and technical projects from initial inception to full completion.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans, master schedules, resource allocation strategies, and budget baselines.
• Track project timelines, milestone deliverables, expenditure reports, and overall operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate directly with executive stakeholders, external clients, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
• Identify operational, financial, and technical project risks, formulating proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to strict quality benchmarks, contractual terms, and organizational goals.
• Compile detailed project status reports, financial forecasts, and progress presentations for executive leadership.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven project management experience within the GCC region handling large-scale projects.
• In-depth mastery of project planning, scheduling software, budget management, and risk analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional project management certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
