Job Description:

The HR Executive will direct recruitment campaigns, process MOHRE labor contracts, handle employee relations, and manage government transaction portals under human resource management in the UAE. Explore further corporate administrative and management roles on our management jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete recruitment workflows, candidate screening, interviewing, and formal staff onboarding.
• Manage Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) portals, labor contract generation, and quota management.
• Coordinate with PRO teams for residence visa processing, labor permit renewals, and cancellation procedures.
• Handle employee relations, workplace grievance resolution, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Supervise HR documentation, leave administration, personnel file updates, and monthly payroll inputs.
• Ensure complete alignment with updated UAE Labor Law regulations and statutory requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven hands-on experience in HR administration within the UAE, with deep working knowledge of MOHRE procedures.
• In-depth expertise in UAE Labor Law, government visa processes, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) with advanced proficiency in HR software systems.
