Job Description:

The Admin Assistant will handle customer communications via WhatsApp and email, coordinate workshop booking schedules, manage studio inventory, and assist visitors under operational management in Dubai. Explore further office administrative and customer support roles on our management jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer emails, respond promptly to booking inquiries, and issue workshop confirmations.
• Handle WhatsApp Business messaging, providing details regarding workshop schedules, pricing, and locations.
• Maintain organized customer databases, booking registries, payment tracking ledgers, and workshop schedules.
• Support the creative team during hands-on candle-making workshops and customer events when required.
• Keep accurate inventory logs of studio supplies, raw materials, packaging items, and arrange reorders.
• Ensure the Al Quoz studio environment remains neat, organized, and welcoming for guests and clients.

🔹 Requirements:

• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
• Presentable personality with good English communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Proficiency in computer basics (Microsoft Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business platforms).
• Strong organizational capabilities, reliability, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Must be available to work full-time on site in Al Quoz, Dubai.
