Job Description:

The Senior Events Coordinator will independently plan corporate workshops, handle client quotations, manage venue logistics, and execute live brand activations under operational management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate workshops, private events, and experiential brand activations from inquiry to final execution.
• Handle client communications, compile customized cost quotations, manage booking contracts, and conduct follow-ups.
• Coordinate event logistics, third-party suppliers, venue bookings, staffing schedules, and equipment transport.
• Oversee on-site event setup, team management, workshop facilitation, and live event production.
• Maintain detailed event calendars, CRM client databases, budget trackers, and operational checklists.
• Resolve live operational challenges independently while delivering exceptional client experiences.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in event coordination, with UAE events/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software systems.
• Mandatory weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) with allocated weekday off-days.
• Candidates must possess their own valid UAE residency visa.
