🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during plastic, orthopedic, and general surgical procedures.
- Prepare operating theatres, sterilize surgical instruments, and set up specialized equipment.
- Maintain strict sterile techniques, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Monitor surgical patients intraoperatively and support smooth theatre room workflows.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams and surgical consultants.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) nursing license or eligibility letter.
- Proven hands-on Operating Theatre (OT) nursing experience within Dubai healthcare facilities.
- Clinical familiarity with plastic surgery, orthopedic, and general surgical procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of surgical instrumentation, sterile field maintenance, and infection control.
- Exceptional communication, patient care, and teamwork abilities.
